Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging.
• RMA Required: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Email Hello@helio-prime.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  
  Defective / Wrong Item: HelioPrime covers all return shipping and replacement costs.
  Customer Preference (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for international return shipping (typically $80 to $200+ depending on item size and destination).
  
• Non-Returnable Items: Fully customized products, items returned without an RMA, items past the 60-day window, and bulk orders of 3 or more identical units.
• Refund Processing: Inspected and processed within 3–5 business days of receipt; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection approval.
